Jessica Brennan is a globally experienced change management professional, consultant, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping organizations navigate transformation with purpose and impact. With over a decade of experience across multiple industries and international markets, she combines expertise in psychology, business strategy, organizational culture, and process improvement to create meaningful and sustainable change.

Her professional journey spans leading multi-million-dollar projects in Canada to supporting innovative tech startups in Morocco and Togo, giving her a unique global perspective on organizational growth and transformation. In recognition of her humanitarian and leadership contributions, Jessica was honored with the prestigious Canadian Red Cross Young Humanitarian Award in 2018.

Certified in PMP, ADKAR Change Management, and Six Sigma methodologies, Jessica brings a strong foundation of strategic and operational expertise to every initiative she leads. She also holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Leadership Studies from the University of New Brunswick.
